Commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity
It is The Mutual Group's policy to hire the most qualified individuals for every role. Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited — including actions based on an employee’s ancestry, age, color, disability, genetic information, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual and reproductive health decisions, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, race (including traits historically associated with race, such as hair texture and protective hairstyles), religion (including religious dress), sex or sexual orientation.
This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including hiring, training, compensation, promotions, job assignments, benefits, discipline and separation.
To learn more about your rights, view the Know Your Rights poster. It summarizes federal laws that prohibit workplace discrimination and provides information on how to file a complaint.
